Stamp a lucky little Shamrock to decorate for St. Patrick's Day

Materials & Tools

Heart-shaped cookie cutter (2 1/2 inches wide and long)
Potato, cut in half
Paring knife
Green acrylic paint
Paintbrush

Directions

Using a heart-shaped cookie cutter, make a heart-shape in the face of a potato. Leaving the cutter in place, use a paring knife to cut the potato out from around the heart. (Only a parent should do this job.)

Remove the cutter and dip the potato heart into green acrylic paint. Press it onto the paper. Repeat twice more to make two more leaves. Use a paintbrush to make a stem.
