Here's the perfect way for your kids to give a heartfelt floral delivery without having to break their piggy bank
Materials & Tools
Tissue paper -- each flower uses a stack of 6 to 8 sheets
Green pipe cleaner
Directions
Make a stack of 6 to 8 sheets of tissue paper. Experiment with multicolor and single color stacks. Fold the stack like a paper fan. Wrap the green pipe cleaner around the center of the folded fan. Gently separate each sheet, pulling it up and toward the center of the flower to form the petals.
To make smaller flowers, try cutting the tissue sheets in half or in quarters. You can also round the edges for a slightly more rose-like flower.
