Directions1. Use your ruler to measure and cut one inch off the short end of your paper. Save this strip for your handle.2. Fold the construction paper in half lengthwise. 3. With your rule, measure and mark a one-inch line from the long edge of the paper to the opposite folded edge. 4. Make small cuts in the paper, stopping at the one-inch line. 5. Unfold the paper and recrease it in the opposite to hide the pencil marks. 6. Staple or tape the long edges together. 7. Staple the handle onto the top of the lantern and hang to display. |
