DirectionsStack the different colored tissue paper and then fold the stack accordion-style (length-wise). Twist the pipe cleaner around the center of the stack. Using the scissors, round off both ends of the stack. Gently open the flower by pulling one layer of tissue paper at a time toward the center. Cut two long strips about 2-inches wide from the green crepe paper.
