This handprint card is perfect to make with little kids.

Materials & Tools

Light-colored construction paper
No-stain acrylic paints
Small paint brush

Directions

Fold the construction paper in half.

Dip the tip of your child's pointer finger into acrylic paint and make a dot for the center of each flower.

Next, make the petals by painting your child's thumb and applying it to the paper. Continue with each finger until you have the petals filled in.

Using the small brush, paint in the stem and then use your child's thumb to create the leaves.

Tips: Keep a damp washcloth nearby to wipe off child's fingers as you change colors.
